In order to design to spec for your home, we need to take a look at the site. Some reasons for this are...
Electrical Panel (breaker box)
We need to take a look at your electrical panel as it has a huge influence on what is going to work best in the home. In some cases it may need to be replaced, in others we may be able to avoid replacing it, should you wish.
Accurate Pricing
Seeing the site in person allows us to design taking into account all factors including trees, battery placement (if needed), cabling options, and other considerations. So when we give you a proposal, it will be as accurate as possible.
Interview Us
Meeting in person gives you the opportunity to really interview us to see if we are a good fit for your project. You'll leave the meeting without any lingering questions about solar or our offering.
California Residential Solar has gone through a change recently that affects how homeowners utilize the benefits of solar.
Designed to Fit Your Specific Needs
Solar is not a one-size-fits-all kinda thing. We take into account your usage, the construction site, your plans, and your goals when designing for your home.
30 Years' Design Experience
We provide different options for you based on your needs and our conversation. Maybe you want to save as much money as possible in the long run, or perhaps you simply want to save a nice chunk of change monthly while sticking it to the utility - whatever the case, we'll share our suggestions.
Is solar still worth it?
Absolutely! With some caveats.
1. You average electric bill is over $200 a month and the home is not receiving a discount from the utility.
2. You want to save money.
Since the state-wide changes in April 2023, it is near impossible to make an electric bill $0. You can expect to pay a small amount to the utility every month. We take this amount into account when designing and will be able to give you an estimate for an amount the utility will charge.
Getting a battery is going to allow you to keep more of the energy you produce, meaning you give less to the grid while requiring less from the grid.
When we meet with you, our consultant can share different options.
We are proud to offer 4 different battery options to best suit the needs of our clients. When we assess the site, we will be able to share which is going to work best for your home, system size, and goals.
Not at all!
Lately, leases are becoming the more financially beneficial option for homeowners but we do not push any option. After we assess your needs, we share all relevant options with you and are available to help you determine what aligns best with your goals.
Nope!

If an installer punctures your roof, you might not find out about it until years down the road when water damage has taken a huge toll.
This warranty covers anything like that.
